2. Enrollment & Access

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment of the course fee.
  • Access credentials (ID, password, etc.) are strictly personal and non-transferable.
  • SAHOS reserves the right to suspend or cancel access if any misuse, breach, or unauthorized sharing is detected.

3. Course Materials

  • All study materials (videos, PDFs, notes, test papers, mock tests, etc.) are the intellectual property of Scholar Academy Hub of Success.
  • Copying, recording, distributing, or reselling course content is strictly prohibited.
  • We may update or modify course content anytime to maintain academic quality.

4. Payments

  • All payments must be made through authorized channels only.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of double payment or verified technical error.
  • If a student withdraws or fails to attend classes, no refund will be issued.

5. Conduct & Discipline

  • Students must maintain discipline and respectful behaviour in all online and offline sessions.
  • Misconduct, abuse, or academic dishonesty may lead to immediate termination of access without refund.

6. Technical Requirements

  • Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection, compatible device, and updated software.
  • SAHOS is not responsible for interruptions or issues caused by personal device or network failure.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to provide the best academic experience, SAHOS shall not be liable for any indirect loss, delay, or damage arising from use of our services.

8. Updates to Terms

  • Scholar Academy Hub of Success reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
